Hours: Up to 20 hours per week. 

Pay: £18-20 per hour (dependent on experience)

Contract: 6 months with a view to continuing working after this period. You will need to arrange and pay your own taxes through a LTD company and have a UTR number (it’s not that difficult to arrange, so please apply if you haven’t arranged this yet) You will be required to submit your own invoices for costs to be processed every 30 days.

Role Overview:

We are currently seeking an organised, systems-driven B2B Marketing and Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, excels at creating and maintaining systems and processes, and has a strong understanding of marketing principles. This role is not centred on the creative aspects of marketing, but instead emphasises administrative efficiency, outreach, partnership development, and systematic organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Management: Oversee administrative tasks related to managing e-learning platform, marketing and business operations, including data management, correspondence, scheduling, and reporting as well as day-to-day emails and queries. 

System Creation and Maintenance: Develop, implement, and maintain efficient organisational systems and processes to support the marketing function and overall business operations.

B2B Marketing: Researching ICP and personas at enterprise companies, list development and outbound and outreach across email and Linkedin.

Finance: Keep track of companies budgets and finances, help with submitting end of year reports and invoices. 

Research: Support with research to aid customer identification and manage findings to put into best practice methods.

Student Outreach: Engage with and invite potential students to complete our e-learning courses through various channels such as email, social media, and webinars.

Skills and Experience Required

Skills & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

    • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the e-learning or education sector.

    • Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects concurrently.

    • Proficiency in using marketing tools, CRM systems, and other relevant software.

    • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and email marketing strategies.

    • Ability to create, implement, and manage systems and processes effectively.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Self-motivated, with an ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Understanding of or interest in ADHD and the education sector is a plus.
